Well, Good News!
Radovan Karadzic has been captured after eleven years! That's great news, and the residents of Sarajevo seem to agree with celebrations going on in the streets.
The problem that I have, is with Karadzic and the disguise he used.
I mean, to me, the picture of him before and fter look very similar. All he did was grow his hair and a beard... Surely, with the resources that the world police forces have, we should have caught that earlier, shouldn't we?
